Short for synapse, the space between two neurons that allow for communication. It can be pronounced Sin or Sign both are correct

The Laminae

The name of the fantasy race that live in my world:

A face ghostly white, a body black as night. With large eyes possessing a red iris and a small yellow triangle in the middle of their pupils. Long hair as blue as the earth’s sky, a long black tail behind them, and a pair of hooves, with a heel, resembling a pair of high heels.

Lamina

An existence made of three separate dimensions. The first being:

Lymph

A flat, ring shaped world made of 28 regions and eras of time. Inspired by human mitochondrial DNA

Soma

Sitting in between two flat worlds Soma is a cloud of particles. A matrix that is an extension of the Laminae that exist in Lymph and Dor. Soma is ruled by 7 beings called “The Seven Voices”. They believe themselves to be real entities, superior entities, when in fact they’re nothing but soulless software. Their bodies look like the universe and they dress in black robes.

Message to the Priests of Lamina

During times of peace the warriors are training while the peace talkers are sleeping. It is the job of the priests to spread the word of what is to come, and how to prepare.

There are 12 messages to be understood, these messages last the entire time of Lamina’s sequence. Each era has a unique understanding of the messages and in ancient times the messages were taken quite literally.

The First Original Message

In the clearing there are six towers to be built. Hollow and with a small opening to crawl into. Five made of diamond, one in the east, one in the north, south, to the west, and one in the middle. The last, made of humble quartz, built a distance away. Five Laminae priests are to each sit in one of these towers during a hurricane at night as they prepare themselves to receive one of five laws. Once the laws have been received, they are to meet in the quartz tower to discuss what they have received. The people are to understand at least one of these laws, and anyone who understands them all will be declared wise.

Unique About Lymph

Lymph is for the most part the only dimension with what is called “Collective Eras” The only exception is pages 27 and 28 where the sixth and seventh Collective is in Dor

Unique About Dor

In the centre of Dor is a mysterious tower, built by the first people. Its purpose is unknown, and it is so tall that it reaches the dimension of Soma. Nobody knows what the top of the tower looks like, since Soma distorts what they would have otherwise be able to see.

In our cells, there is a part, an organelle called the mitochondria which houses this DNA.

Lamina is laid out with Lymph being human DNA and Dor being feline DNA

As someone who lives with mental health issues, I feel strongly about the topic of suicide prevention. I would like, with this project, to be able to show people that creation can be an amazing thing. When you are in a dark place, you become isolated from life and you can only see and think lies about yourself and those around you. I survived an attempt and since then I have been searching for purpose.

I’m not able to provide medical advice or therapy but what I can do is create a place to inspire creativity
