The Pathway For The Laminae

Ixchel (Informed)
As Lamina breathes in Ixchel is transformed the Neural pathways, the informed state goes to two different destinations. A world for the Lumine and a world for the Laminae.
Biology
The neural tube is the embryonic structure that ultimately forms the central nervous system (CNS)—that is, the brain and spinal cord. It is one of the most critical structures in early development.
The neural tube develops from the neural plate, which is a thickened region of neuroectoderm
Neural induction signals from the notochord and organizer region (e.g., BMP inhibitors) cause ectodermal cells to become neural plate cells.
Formation process: neurulation
Neural plate formation – the neuroectoderm thickens along the dorsal midline
Neural groove formation – the center of the neural plate folds inward
Neural folds elevate – lateral edges of the plate rise
Neural tube closure – folds fuse at the midline, forming a hollow tube
Structure of the neural tube:
Neuroepithelial cells line the tube’s inner cavity (ventricular zone)
Patterning within the neural tube:
neural tube is patterned along two main axes:
Anterior–posterior (rostral–caudal)
Signals like FGFs, Wnts, retinoic acid determine brain vs spinal cord identity
Ventral (floor plate) → (Shh) → motor neurons
Dorsal (roof plate) → BMPs/Wnts → sensory neurons
Ectoderm → neural plate → neural groove → neural tube → brain & spinal cord
