There exists in the center of Dor a mysterious structure called the Tower of Ixchel. Organelle operates inside of a bubble-like environment as it is a safely concealed area for simulations. This bubble floats just above the tower, just under the realm where the Laminae reside. 

A successful experiment may enter and become part of accepted material in Lamina useful to both Laminae and Lumine

Each simulation is tested the same way. When the Laminae and the software are coexisting within the simulation they have temporarily lost all memory of who and what they are. 

The first phase is a stand alone test of the new material on it’s own in a utopian setting

Then the program is to start putting everything to the test
